Trace Studio were appointed by Cala Homes to look at the overall marketing collateral for their Craibstone development. Situated to the North West of Aberdeen, Craibstone offers a prime country location with access to both the city and the wider countryside.

Trace Studio produced a complete marketing film and interactive development sales platform for the onsite sales suit at Craibstone. This allows potential buyers to search what houses are available and what is planned for future development. Each property showcases and interior animation and product selector as well a the general layout plans and pricing options.

Allowing customers on site to view their intended home before it is built is something quite unique. Being able to see the full internals, floor plans and an animation of the property goes that one step further.
