Project Brief

Following the success of their Craibstone development Cala Homes commissioned Trace Studio to launch the marketing collateral for their new Southbank Development. Again situated in Aberdeen, but unlike Craibstone, Southbank has a much stronger urban feel to it.

Trace Studio completed a marketing film and interactive development sales platform for the onsite sales suit at Southbank. This allows potential buyers to search what houses are available and what is planned for future development. Each property showcases and interior animation and product selector as well a the general layout plans and pricing options.

Allowing customers on site to view their intended home before it is built is something quite unique. Being able to see the full internals, floor plans and an animation of the property goes that one step further.
