Project Brief
Following a decision to refresh the touchpoints surrounding their growing and vast portfolio of commercial and retail accommodation, Squarestone Growth LTD have entered a technology partnership with Trace Studio to bring a new lease of life and cutting edge tech to the marketing collateral for each of their respective assets.
The team at Trace Studio worked closely with the client to complete 3D animation films, comprehensive 360 degree virtual tours, websites and brochures for each development to enable an experiential and informative remote viewing experience for future tenants and occupiers and to showcase the full potential of these recently refurbished buildings. Allowing the user to view detailed information such as flooring access details, full specification information and visualisations of varying office densities.

We wanted to create a design that was both modern and functional. The Squarestone Growth sites cover a diverse range of content from CGI’s, film and interactive 360’s. Specifically to Glasgow Airport Business park there was a requirement to showcase the expanse of the park, the various industries it supports. From modern offices, industrial storage space and the new retail park this location has it all.

To support Squarestone Growth’s sustainability agenda Trace Studio created a series of digital brochures to not only provide additional information on the park but also allowed a shift to becoming completely paperless.
